The medications inside your packs bill through your existing insurance just as they would normally. The packaging service itself may or may not carry an additional fee depending on your plan. Call our Louisville location at 330-875-5525 to discuss your specific coverage.
Most standard oral medications — tablets and capsules — can be included. Some medications require separate handling due to temperature sensitivity, unusual schedules, or as-needed (PRN) dosing. We'll review your full medication list during enrollment and flag anything that needs to stay separate.
Yes — for us to pack everything together, all included prescriptions need to be filled at our Louisville location. We make the transfer process easy and can contact your previous pharmacy on your behalf.
